Station de ravitaillement hydrogène pour un centre logistique de grande distribution en Espagne
HRS supplies a hydrogen station to a project developer in Saudi Arabia: a first order outside Europe.
Endowed with significant potential for the production of renewable energy, both wind and solar, and driven by a strong ambition to position themselves as leaders in the energy transition through a number of ambitious national development plans, the countries of the Middle East demonstrated, at the COP28that they were investing massively in the development of infrastructures dedicated to the production ofcarbon-free hydrogen.
For this project, HRS is supplying ENOWA, a national energy company and a major player in the region, with a hydrogen station. HRS14 to refuel a planned fleet of 20 buses and light vehicles.
The refueling station, located on the strategic site of Petromin's Heavy Machinery & Truck Service Centre, is capable of supplying a wide variety of hydrogen-powered vehicles. 500 kg of hydrogen were delivered by September 2024, and different types of bus were refuelled: 700 bar coaches, 700 bar passenger vehicles and various trucks and specific equipment at 350 bar and 700 bar.
HRS was chosen for this flagship project thanks to its expertise and the relevance of its solutions, which meet Enowa's requirements in terms of compatibility and recharging speed.
The agility of the HRS teams enabled this project to come to fruition in record time : après une commande en juin 2024, l’installation a démarré pendant l’été et la station est opérationnelle depuis l’automne 2024.
The sale of this first station outside Europe is a key step in HRS's international sales strategy, particularly in high-potential areas such as the Middle East, where numerous commercial opportunities have been identified.
