Awareness-raising in partnership with local associations

As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities 2024 (SEEPH), HRS organized an internal Happy Midi dedicated to raising awareness around inclusion and disability.
Three interactive hubs allowed our employees to learn and discover how different disabilities can be experienced:

  1. Educational workshops: Our HR department led immersive workshops using an educational kit from HandiRéseaux38, thus providing a better understanding of the realities related to disability.
  2. RQTH information stand The HR team answered the teams' questions on the Recognition of the Quality of Disabled Worker (RQTH). HRS allows its employees to declare their RQTH during their working hours.
  3. Introduction to wheelchair rugby: FC Grenoble Rugby Handisport was the guest of honor for the day. Diego Carrillo led an introduction workshop to this inclusive discipline, passionately transmitting the values of his sport, in the presence of David Romero, president of the club.

HRS: A company guided by its values

The inclusion of people with disabilities is an integral part of one of our 4 fundamental values, Well-Being. Under the leadership of its president Hassen Rachedi, the company supports several initiatives launched in the region:

  • ASPARUN: : an association for children with disabilities.
  • The FC Grenoble Handisport: for the development of wheelchair rugby in the region.
  • The Frédéric Gaillanne Foundation: which trains guide dogs for children.

Together, let's build a more inclusive society

This event allowed our employees to better understand the challenges of inclusion and to strengthen their commitment to a more just and equitable society.

A big thank you to the entire HRS Team for their participation, curiosity and energy! Together, let's continue to work to make inclusion a daily reality.
