As a committed player in the deployment of hydrogen mobility, HRS also intends to play a role in various links in the chain: downstream, with the refueling of hydrogen vehicles, and upstream, with the development of solutions to support the large-scale production of green hydrogen.
With a growing number of low-carbon hydrogen production projects, the International Energy Agency estimates that hydrogen production should rise from 0.6 Mt in 2021 to 24 Mt in 2030.
Produced close to renewable energy sources, low-carbon hydrogen needs to be conditioned to be transported to the sites where it will be used: industries, refueling stations, etc.
HRS is contributing its expertise by commercialising 2 solutions, one adapted to industrial uses and the second adaptable to existing hydrogen stations.

Filling Center: the innovative modular solution for industry
To support industrial hydrogen production sites, HRS is developing the Filling Center solution for the high capacity refueling of tube trailers.
Export Trailer: the versatile solution
TheExport Trailer solution is a hydrogen refueling module for tube trailers that can be integrated into HRS stations. This flexible, innovative solution meets the challenges of stations that include on-site production, particularly in isolated areas.
The strengths of HRS solutions
Our solutions meet the challenges of hydrogen conditioning by:
- A safe and proven design based on a solution already deployed at a number of sites
- A composition that guarantees gas quality ISO 14687 and EN 17124 compliant
- A modular solution delivering 4 tons of hydrogen per day, and more
- A compatibility with all types of tube trailer (I to IV)
- A adjustable outlet pressure: from 200 to 500 bar
- A match with HRS refueling solutions to mutualise with the charging of H2 vehicles if necessary.

A solution compatible with all HRS stations
The filling centre solution for hydrogen conditioning is compatible with HRS fueling solutions for mobility. HRS offers a range of stations delivering from 14 to 80 kg H2/h, at 350 bar and 700 bar.
The export trailer solution can therefore be easily combined with the charging solution for industrial vehicles: forklift trucks, trucks, commercial vehicles, etc.
