Nearly 1,000 vehicles refuelled during the Games
Since end of July, une station hydrogène conçue et installée par HRS in the Paris region have refuelled different types of fuel cell electric vehicles during the Olympic period.
Set up in Buc (78) in 2024 for GCK Energy, our modular station HRS14, in its transportable version, has been specially designed to meet the needs of sporting events.
There are a dozen of low-emission heavy vehicles from B.E. Green fleet which have been filled up:
- Hydrogen retrofited coaches 700 bar GCK Mobility, equipped with Toyota Motor Corporation fuel cell
- Hydrogen buses 350 bar Toyota Caetano Portugal.

More than 3.2 tonnes of hydrogen distributed
Thanks to their performance and their ability to meet current market requirements, our new-generation stations are now effectively refueling a large fleet of vehicles.
Expertes et réactives, nos équipes ont accompagné notre client sur ce projet pour rendre disponibles cette installation dans les délais.
From design to station start-up, we support our customers at every stage of their H2 mobility project.
When the mascot runs on hydrogen
Visible on the streets of Paris during the Olympic Games, the Phryge Mobile is actually a Toyota Mirai decorated with hundreds of official mascots. This hydrogen-powered vehicle is part of the organizers' desire to promote cleaner mobility.
Integrated into the fleet of taxis dedicated to transporting athletes, it allowed the general public to experience firsthand the use of a hydrogen vehicle. Beyond its festive appearance, it helps raise awareness of the challenges of the energy transition and reminds us that this energy has a place in the transport of tomorrow.
